    Commercial property landlord Nick manages a multiple tenant occupied office premises in Skellingthorpe, Lincolnshire.  Nick contacted UK Alternative Energy to explore the benefits of installing Solar PV and decided it was a sound return on investment, with lower cost electricity for his tenants and additional income stream for Nick with the regular Feed-in-Tariff payments.
